Kanika Kapoor Coronavirus Controversy: Urvashi Rautela Says She 'Can't Believe Reports' Adds Singer Has Always 'Maintained Good Hygiene'
Bollywood singer Kanika Kapoor, who was tested positive for Coronavirus sometime in last month, has been in the news ever since. She is also being criticised for several reasons, be it due to her alleged irresponsible behaviour of hiding her travel history from the airport authorities and partying with a massive number of people or being tested for the fifth time so far. Now, actress Urvashi Rautela has opened up on Kanika Kapoor and her Coronavirus controversy in an interview with Bollywood Hungama.

The Pagalpanti actress revealed that Kanika is someone who always maintains her hygiene and still got it, so everyone has to be extra careful about COVID-19. Upon being asked about her controversy, Urvashi gave a diplomatic response saying that she isn’t sure if the reports can be believed. “Kanika is someone who stays very clean, she maintains her hygiene really well. So, you need to be extra careful if you do not want to contract the virus,” said Urvashi. She added, “I don’t know how much of these media reports I can believe. I am just hoping that all the people who have tested positive get well soon.”

Further the actress prayed for her recovery and said how the deadly virus can come to anyone, irrespective of their stature, so people should take all the precautions.  “I am just hoping she comes out of it fast. This virus is not targeting any class, it can happen to anybody. If it can happen to the Prime Minister of the UK, it can happen to anyone. So the people who think that nothing will happen to them are wrong,” added Urvashi.

Meanwhile, Kanika is presently in the Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences (SGPGIMS), where she is expected to undergo quarantine for the next 14 days.
